Go ahead and not wear makeup for a week, but don’t try to portray this as some sort of brave, interesting feminist act. It’s a personal preference that’s simply not available to everyone.
Everyone is beautiful in their own way. I believe that it is important to love yourself no matter what. Learning to accept your imperfections (they are only imperfections to you) is a great way to do this
Dear (insert own imperfection here).
Write a letter to your imperfection.
Dear dark circles under my eyes.
I have had you my whole life and you never seem to go away no matter what I try. I’ve finally learnt to accept that you will always be here. If you weren’t here to annoy me everyday I wouldn’t be who I am today.
From Me.
Do you think you are beautiful?
I think I’m beautiful because…
I think I’m beautiful because it’s a waste of time and energy to think otherwise.
- big hips
- big booty
- my left breast is bigger then my right, along with the nipple
- love handles
- tiny gap in my two front teeth because i failed to wear my retainer
- teeth are slightly yellow
- my thighs touch
- if you look closely you can see scars on my face from popping pimples
- tummy rolls
- back acne
I can point out my imperfections and be comfortable with them. can you?

Be yourself, Love yourself

This is true
